Refund policy

Hello! Thanks for shopping with us. We hope you absolutely adore your purchases. If not, we're here to help you with returns or exchanges.

Return Time Frame

You have a whole 30 days from your purchase date to send back any items that aren't quite right. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges after these 30 days.

Return Conditions

For a successful return, make sure your item is:

  • Unworn and in the condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging, just like how it arrived.

Items You Can't Return

Some things just can't be returned:

  • Gift cards

Processing Your Refund

We'll get on it as soon as your return reaches us! We'll inspect it, and then we'll drop you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, you'll see the refund automatically pop back on your original payment method within a few days.

  2. Reach out to your credit card company—it might take a bit before your refund shows up.

Contact your bank. There's usually some processing time before a refund appears.

Heads up: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, we can't refund sale items.

Exchanges
